The story of Espresso Tools New Zealand begins with Chris Uren, who started the company in 2008, with a passion and vision to supply baristas throughout New Zealand with the world’s best tools, coffee grinders and specialty espresso machines.

Chris travelled to barista championships in the United States as a service and repair technician. He strives to be at the front of emerging trends and travels the globe to find the best new tools and equipment.

For the past few years, Chris has attended HOST in Milano, the world’s leading trade fair for hospitality and catering. He always comes back excited by new products that he can bring to New Zealand baristas.

Espresso Tools delivers the tools baristas need to continue forging new ground and preparing better and better coffees.
